Order Management

See and manage all of your Takealot orders in one place, with real-time syncing and multi-dimensional filtering.
Core Features

How to Use
- Use the status tabs at the top to switch between order states
- Use the date picker to narrow the window you are viewing
- Click an order row to expand its full details
- Click "Sync Orders" (同步订单) to pull the latest data — sync progress is shown live
Shipping Centre
Location: Sidebar → Trade & Logistics → Shipping Centre
The Shipping Centre walks you through the whole journey from order to dispatch with an intuitive flow: create POs and generate spec-compliant shipping labels in one click, cutting out manual paperwork errors and speeding up outbound processing.

The Shipping Flow (Four Steps)
- Review To Ship: on the "To Ship" (待发货) tab, tick the orders you want to ship
- Create a draft PO: choose a warehouse, then convert the selected orders into a PO draft in one click
- Confirm the PO: once reviewed, promote the draft to a formal purchase order
- Mark as shipped: after the goods go out, mark them "Shipped" (已发货) in the system

Inventory Management
Location: Sidebar → Trade & Logistics → Inventory Management
Managing your official storage limits well is critical for any seller. Inventory Management gives you a clear view of each product's stock distribution across warehouses and the replenishment headroom remaining, helping you plan your stock strategy sensibly.

How to Use
- The stock figures shown are the data already synced into the system
- Click "Sync Stock" (同步库存) to pull the latest storage limit data from each Takealot warehouse, batch by batch
- Batch progress is shown during the sync (e.g. batch 3/10 · 60 products updated)
- The list refreshes automatically when the sync completes
💡 Stock strategy: when your overall storage capacity is tight, use the Inventory Management panel to quickly single out slow-turning, low-margin dead stock and clear it — freeing up storage quota and replenishment headroom for your best sellers.
Purchasing Centre
Location: Sidebar → Trade & Logistics → Purchasing Centre
Track products that have sold but do not yet have purchase costs recorded, so your cost accounting stays complete and your profit numbers stay honest.

How to Use
- Open the page to see the list of products awaiting cost entry
- Click the "📋 Enter Purchase Info" (录入采购信息) button to open the entry overlay
- The overlay shows a three-column layout: recorded products on the left, the current entry form in the middle, and unrecorded products on the right
- Fill in the purchase cost for each product and save
- Once everything is recorded, the page shows "🎉 All products now have purchase info recorded"
