What is Huiguang ERP?

Huiguang ERP is an all-in-one ERP platform built specifically for cross-border sellers on Takealot, South Africa. It covers the core workflows of e-commerce operations — automatic order syncing, dynamic repricing, AI-assisted listing, purchase-cost tracking and a full suite of business reports — all designed to help sellers work faster and sell more.

How is Huiguang ERP different from other ERP systems?

Huiguang ERP is built natively for the Takealot platform. We focus on the pain points sellers actually face in day-to-day operations — the Buy Box competition mechanics, Leadtime Orders, and managing storage limits across multiple warehouses — and have engineered deep platform-specific support from the ground up, rather than re-skinning a generic e-commerce ERP template.

Does Huiguang ERP support platforms outside South Africa?

Right now Huiguang ERP is focused squarely on Takealot. Based on user demand, we plan to expand to other South African marketplaces and additional regional platforms over time.

How does dynamic repricing (auto repricing) work?

Within the profit floor you define, the system periodically monitors competitor prices on the same product (same variant). If a competitor cuts their price, the system automatically undercuts by one cent to defend your Buy Box share; if the competitor goes out of stock or raises their price, the system moves your price back up accordingly — protecting a healthy margin on every SKU without you having to watch the market around the clock.

What is AI-assisted listing?

The AI listing assistant checks and fine-tunes the title and description of the product you are submitting against the platform's commonly known compliance standards, steering you away from restricted wording that typically triggers review rejections. That means fewer bounce-backs from moderation, and less time lost resubmitting.

How does multi-store management work?

Huiguang ERP lets you manage multiple Takealot stores from a single back office. You get a consolidated overview of every store's data, while the underlying sessions remain fully isolated. You no longer juggle logins across accounts — and you dramatically reduce the risk of the platform flagging your accounts as linked due to messy multi-profile browser setups.

What exactly is one-click shipping?

The smart Shipping Centre works like this: tick the orders awaiting shipment → confirm, and the system requests the platform to generate the purchase order (PO) → it then automatically produces a merged three-in-one label sheet already formatted for thermal-paper sizing. The whole flow standardises and shortens the time from order confirmation to packing.

What is search rank tracking?

Organic search traffic is critical to keeping products selling. Add the core keywords you care about, and the system automatically checks, on a regular schedule, where your specific products actually rank for those buyer search terms. If a ranking suddenly drops off a cliff, this feature gives you an early warning to act on.

What is storage limit monitoring?

By collecting the current storage limit and the stock already occupying it for every active warehouse, this module helps you — whenever your overall replenishment headroom gets tight — quickly filter and compare your slow-moving, low-velocity SKUs, so you can decide what to clear out or return, and free up valuable storage capacity for the products that earn it.

What do the reports cover?

The reports centre currently covers daily and monthly headline metrics: total sales, estimated gross margin, platform refund rate and stock sell-through rate. Each report is presented as a clear stand-alone chart, and every one of them can be generated automatically and exported as raw CSV for local backup or team reviews.

Which formats does the Label Cropper support?

The Label Cropper accepts the A4 shipping label PDFs you download from Takealot. It automatically detects the grid layout on each page and crops every 10cm×10cm label into its own page, with batch processing supported. Download the result, print, and stick your labels.

Do the free tools require an account?

No. The Label Cropper is free to use without logging in.

Is registration free?

Yes, registration is completely free. After creating an account you can explore the product features, and subscribing to a paid plan unlocks everything.

Takealot Integration

How do I get a Takealot API Key?

Log in to the Takealot Seller Portal → Settings → API Management → generate an API Key. Paste the generated key into the Store Management page in Huiguang ERP and the integration is done.

How often does data sync?

Order data auto-syncs every 5 minutes by default, and you can also trigger an instant sync manually.

What does it cost?

We offer three subscription tiers — Standard, Advanced and Professional — billed flexibly by month, quarter or year, and settled in Chinese Yuan (CNY): Standard from ¥129/month (as low as ¥99/month on quarterly billing), Advanced from ¥799/month (as low as ¥699/month on annual billing), and Professional from ¥1399/month (as low as ¥1199/month on annual billing). Huiguang ERP applies multiple layers of protection:
