WeChat Mini Program: Dashboard, Orders, Products and Finance in Your Pocket — Owner Account Watches the Shop Anywhere

辉光ERP ships a WeChat mini program: WeChat phone one-tap login (or password/SMS), five bottom tabs covering dashboard, orders, products (with bidding toggles), finance and manage — plus purchase dispatch, sub-account ops and reprice activity on the phone. Still rolling out gradually; some owner accounts get in first.

The shop keeps running when you are away from the desk: how much sold today, which order is stuck, whether bidding punched through the floor — you used to wait until you were back at a computer. The 辉光ERP WeChat mini program puts the screens a boss checks most onto your phone: one-tap WeChat login, then five bottom tabs — Dashboard, Orders, Products, Finance, Manage.

On the web app, a WeChat mini-program button on the right edge shows the QR code on hover. Login is owner-account only; sub-accounts never see that entry on the web.

What this feature does for you

  • Three ways in, owner account only: the login screen leads with WeChat phone one-tap, with password and SMS codes below. If the phone number is not registered on 辉光ERP, a dialog sends you to register on the web at app.hg-erp.com — the mini program does not open accounts (company details and a subscription belong at a desk). Sub-accounts are refused with a clear "owner account only" message.
  • Dashboard numbers at a glance: two KPIs (sales / orders) with period-over-period arrows; a small cycle button flips Today / 7 days / 30 days; below that, a sales-trend bar chart (phone draws sales amount; tap a bar for amount · orders · units) and a per-store performance list. Store and range switches paint from cache first, then refresh — no blank screen on a weak network.
  • Orders in your pocket: filter by status, search by order number or title, open a detail with items, amount and fee split. Status lives in a dropdown beside the search box so chips do not wrap to a second row.
  • Products + inline bidding toggle: the Products tab supports search and five filters (all / bidding on / paused / no rule / out of stock). Rows with a rule can toggle bidding on or off; rows without a rule keep the switch disabled and toast "add to bidding on the web first" (joining needs a floor price the phone does not collect in v1). Product detail shows the profile, warehouse stock split, last-30-day metrics and that SKU's own price-change history.
  • Finance: balances and ledger: a balance card (current / available / pending) plus a transaction list for 7 days / 30 days / this month / 180 days. Income / expense / net summary cards are deliberately omitted — platform cash-flow is not a profit definition and would mislead.
  • Manage hub + bell notifications: the Manage tab shows subscription tier and quota bars, per-store platform badges (invalid key / direct ship / holiday·open / days since onboarding), and entries into Reprice activity, Purchase assignment, Operation log and Sub-accounts. The top bell opens notifications with an unread badge; the left drawer holds account info, store switch and sign-out.

What you can actually do on the phone

  • Toggle bidding: switch on the product list or detail uses the same rule and quota checks as the web; the action is written to the operation log with source marked as the mini program.
  • Dispatch purchase work: unassigned pool, member load, multi-select assign / recall, and smart assign (preview then commit) — you can hand work out while you are out.
  • Sub-account ops: disable/enable, reset password, edit capabilities (same semantics as the web editor: turning off "operate" does not silently keep "view"), with quota counted as "enabled".
  • What we left on the desk: shipping / create PO / packing / labels stay on the computer — a read-only "to-ship" page was built and later removed because that work happens at a desk; the dashboard also dropped a "pending shipment" KPI so phone and web cache definitions would not disagree.

tip: the WeChat mini program is still rolling out gradually. A login allowlist gate (MP_LOGIN_ALLOWLIST) lets listed owner accounts in first; others see "Mini program in closed beta — your account is not open yet." WeChat itself may still be on a trial build or phased release. Finding the mini program in search does not mean your account is enabled — ask 辉光ERP support to confirm or join the list. Owner accounts only; changing the password on the web or recovering it by SMS revokes every mini-program session and unbinds WeChat.

Real seller scenarios

  • Checking the shop on the go: open the dashboard while waiting for lunch, flip to Today — sales and orders with MoM arrows, a quick glance at the trend bars, and you know whether to nudge purchasing.
  • Asked about a price at night: someone on WeChat asks "is that SKU still bidding?" Search it on the Products tab, see the switch state on the row; toggle if a rule exists, or note it for the web if not.
  • A buyer called in sick: from the airport, Manage → Purchase assignment, hand unassigned lines to another buyer — or run smart-assign preview then confirm — so the queue does not wait until tomorrow.
  • Balance jitters: Finance tab first for available balance, then the last 7 days of ledger; do not celebrate a fake "net" total — that is not profit. Real profit lives in the web order Net Profit column.

The WeChat mini program is part of 辉光ERP — the all-in-one platform for Takealot cross-border sellers in South Africa. The computer runs the full flow; the phone covers the glances you still need when you are away from the desk.
