Live Command Screen: Orders, Repricing and In-Transit Parcels on a 3D Dot-Matrix Globe

The full-screen dashboard has been rebuilt from the ground up: a 3D dot-matrix globe focused on Southern Africa, with every in-transit shipment pinned along a glowing Guangzhou–Johannesburg flight arc. New orders roll in within seconds, and every automated price change appears live. Put it on the office screen and read your whole operation at a glance.

The best feeling in cross-border e-commerce is knowing, at a glance, how many orders came in today, where your goods are, and what your repricing engine is doing on your behalf. 辉光ERP's new live command screen puts all three onto a 3D dot-matrix globe.

The old flat map has been completely rebuilt: it's now a gently breathing dot-matrix globe framed on your sales region — Southern Africa — with Guangzhou, Johannesburg, Cape Town and Durban clearly marked, and a glowing flight arc sweeping from Guangzhou to Johannesburg. It's not just pretty — it's the live stage for your whole operation.

What the screen shows you

  • In-transit parcels pinned to the flight arc: every shipped, still-travelling PO is positioned along the Guangzhou–Johannesburg arc according to its ship date and due date — with a label showing the PO number and unit count. Whether a shipment just left or is nearly at the warehouse, one look at the globe tells you. No more digging through tables counting days.
  • A live order feed: with real-time platform push connected, an order a shopper just placed slides into the top of the feed within seconds, flashing green. No refreshing — you can see (and feel) the rhythm of your sales.
  • Repricing, broadcast live: each time automated bidding changes a price, the old price is struck through, the new one steps up, and the direction is obvious. The system is watching prices and acting for you — this screen lets you watch it work.
  • Core numbers always on: four key figures — 7-day orders, revenue, average order value, active stores — in a single row, plus a 14-day store ranking. Which store is charging and which is coasting: instantly clear.

The home dashboard's Recent Notifications got a rebuild too: colour-coded by type, with relative timestamps, and consecutive notifications of the same kind folding into a stacked card (hover to expand, iOS-style) so important events stop drowning in noise. The order-trend chart also switches between South Africa and China time zones in one click — so both sides of your team finally read the same numbers.

Real seller scenarios

  • The office war-room screen: cast it to the office TV and the whole team sees the order rhythm and in-transit shipments — during a sales peak, that rolling order feed beats any weekly report for morale.
  • Restock timing: look up, see three POs past the midpoint of the arc and due next week, and you can pace the next purchase batch with confidence — no cash tied up, no stockouts.
  • Trusting your repricer: just enabled auto-bidding on a batch of products? Watch the repricing feed for a few minutes and see the system respond to competitors move after move. Peace of mind, earned by watching.

The live command screen is part of 辉光ERP — the all-in-one management platform for Takealot cross-border sellers in South Africa. Your business runs across the globe; now you watch it on one.
