Huiguang Automation

Huiguang Automation: Hosted Store Scans to Listing, with 辉光选品 Tags, Auto-Bidding and Category Gates

「辉光自动化」 in the sidebar hosts store-wide (or named-store) scans for dropship items: set your price band and margin floor, and the system matches 1688 sources, checks profit, and fills the product pool or lists straight away. Listings can get the 「辉光选品」 tag and join auto-bidding; you can also include / exclude categories — auto parts stay platform-blocked by default. Source, list, tag and bid in one line, without babysitting.

The hard part of leadtime product picking is not "does this look sellable" — it is doing the same chore over and over: browse shops, find matching sources, cost freight and fees, clear a profit floor, then click list — and often discover after the maths that it does not pay. 辉光ERP's Auto Select hosts that whole stretch: you set the rules; the system scans shops, matches sources, costs profit, and pools or lists.

Entry is the pinned 辉光自动化 item in the sidebar. Open the Auto Select tab: left, Parameter Settings for rules, presets and Start run; right, Run history; below, a standing Product pool — when "List when selected" is off, qualifying items wait there for your confirmation. While a run is live, the parameter pane becomes a status dashboard: scanned, profit-pass, selected counts, plus elapsed seconds; Stop anytime — the breakpoint stays for Continue run.

What this feature does for you

  • Managed scan-to-list: pick the target store, set a selling-price band and minimum profit rate; profit uses the preset's Pricing params (freight, PO fee, commission, etc.), seeded from the pricing panel on create and editable via Settings. Leave Source sellers empty and the system picks across platform leadtime listings; fill Seller IDs and it harvests those shops' current offers. Branded goods stay out by default; multi-variant is off by default — tick Include multi-variant and each variant is sourced, costed and listed on its own (up to 10 variants per product).
  • Presets you can switch: save common parameter sets and flip them from the dropdown; unsaved edits are written back to the current preset when you Start run — no retyping price and margin every time. A finished round ends on its own; Run history shows how many were selected / listed each time.
  • Pool for review, or list straight away: off "List when selected" → items enter the pool; click purchase cost to edit (e.g. add shipping), recalculate margin and floor price with that preset's pricing params, then List / List all. Switch on → qualifiers list to the target store. Pool rows unused for 14 days expire; deleting a preset does not touch items already in the pool; a new run will not overwrite pending pool rows.
  • Review and exclude filters: review-count range, minimum star rating and Include unrated are yours to tune — with a review-count floor set, unrated items cannot pass, so that checkbox greys out. Exclude products takes keywords or categories (liquids, fragile glass/ceramics, bulky furniture, etc.) and tries to map them to categories for you to check; after you change the rule, existing pool rows are re-checked on the next run.

「辉光选品」 tags, auto-bidding, category gates

Getting items selected is only the first half. The October wave also wired how you manage, defend price, and dodge bad categories after listing — tags land in Product Management, bidding follows listing, and category gates close before the scan spends budget:

  • Automatic 「辉光选品」 tag: the preset checkbox "Automatically add the 「辉光选品」 tag to listed products" is on by default (can turn off). As soon as the product row is created, a violet 「辉光选品」 tag under the main account is attached — no waiting for the next reconcile. Filter it in Product Management to pull the whole system-listed batch, or use Add by tag on the bidding page to bulk-monitor.
  • Auto-join bidding after list: only appears and applies when "List when selected" is on. With "Auto-join bidding after list" enabled, once an item is listed and buyable the system enqueues a bidding rule by PLID — mode Auto or Dynamic. Skips if a rule already exists, the same product is already bidding in another of your stores, or monitoring quota is full — no silent overruns; sub-accounts need bidding-manage permission to turn it on, otherwise top up in Bid Management by hand.
  • Limit product categories: the Product categories dialog in Parameter Settings lets you tick storefront L2 under L1 groups (L3/L4 are too many to pick; brand-sliced Shop By Brand categories are hidden); empty = no limit. Changing categories voids the scan breakpoint so the next run starts fresh. With Source sellers filled, the row greys out — named shops are harvested whole-store, without a category filter.
  • Exclude categories (incl. platform blocks): Exclude categories ticks L1 / L2 / L3, unioned with platform blocks, and applies to every source (named shops included). Platform-blocked rows are locked in the dialog with a 「平台禁选」 badge — Automotive is blocked whole by default: matching 1688 by part number / vehicle fitment is too error-prone and has cost sellers wrong-SKU losses. When category cannot be resolved up front, a PDP pass re-checks breadcrumbs; skip reason records "excluded category". Each run also drops pending pool rows that fall under excluded categories; clearing an exclusion voids the breakpoint too.

Billing is per item selected: into the pool, or actually listed when auto-list is on, at ¥0.35 each; scanning and profit costing are not charged separately. Professional plans get 300 free items per subscription cycle (every 30 days from subscribe date), free quota first then wallet balance, current-cycle only; Advanced can trial once (30 days / 300 items, opened by the main account on this page). There is also a per-account daily selection cap, resetting at midnight Beijing time; if free quota and balance cannot cover one item, you cannot start, and a run that runs dry stops — top up and continue from the breakpoint. Note: the Standard / Fast toggle beside Start run is still limited to some accounts in private beta — accounts not on the list never see the switch; do not treat it as a general-availability feature.

Real seller scenarios

  • Overnight restock: preset R80–R250, margin ≥25%, exclude liquids/powders; turn on List when selected + 「辉光选品」 tag + auto-join bidding (Auto). Hit Start before bed; next morning filter 「辉光选品」 in Product Management — a batch is listed and already on monitoring, no all-night progress-bar watch.
  • Stay in categories you know: a home seller ticks only Home & Kitchen L2s under Product categories, and under Exclude categories cuts Automotive, tools and the like — scan budget lands on goods they understand, fewer alien pits; platform-blocked Automotive shows locked in the dialog so you cannot accidentally re-enable it.
  • Named competitor shops: paste a few leadtime peers' Seller IDs into Source sellers, keep auto-list off so items hit the pool first; tweak purchase cost for freight, read the margin, then bulk-list only what you approve — competitor assortment, your filter. The category row greys out here, which keeps whole-store logic clean.
  • Batch review and price defence: filter 「辉光选品」 for this week's system listings, drop the weak, keep the strong; if auto-bidding was on, check monitoring quota and top up in Bid Management when short. Select, tag and bid on one thread — no three spreadsheets to reconcile.

Auto Select is part of 辉光ERP — the all-in-one platform for Takealot cross-border sellers in South Africa. You set the rules; the system does the dirty work. Tags, bidding and category gates keep what it picks manageable.
